Hi Nguyen,

This actually indicates that one of the patches the port is trying to 
apply cannot find the file it is intended for.  Somehow the port 
"recipe" doesn't match what's in the distribution file.

In this case, it looks like you're using a rather old copy of the ports 
tree, since java/eclipse is now Eclipse 3.3.  Unless you're specifically 
looking to run Eclipse 3.1, I'd suggest updating your ports and trying 
again.

If java/eclipse doesn't work for you, give java/eclipse-devel a try, as 
it's more actively maintained.
