Synopsis: panic: kmem_malloc(4096): kmem_map too small

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: kmacy
State-Changed-When: Mon Nov 19 08:16:57 UTC 2007
State-Changed-Why:

Submitter's system only has 128MB and smbfs is allocating more memory to the kernel
than the sysytem can provide. Ideally smbfs would be fixed to be smarter about memory
management, but there are more fundamental issues that would be fixed first.
