Upgraded from 4.11 to 7.4   fxp driver working ok with 4.11
Found out that fxp driver not working in 7.4 i386.
Link goes up/down. Will not allow incomeing trafic.
Link light always flashing.

Need patch to apply to fxp source for 7.4 i386
