No, there is nobody working at it so far, or at least not that I'm
aware of.
If you look carefully in the atapi.? files in sys/i386/isa you will
see that there is hooks for atapi disk & tapes, but its only stubs
the real driver are not written yet. You should hang of the CD-RW
in the same fashion I guess, giving us a wcdrw.c driver....
We should probably coordinate things a little, as I'm currently 
adding changer support into the CDROM driver parts of our (E)IDE
subsystem...
