I've been reading through the online handbook and tried setting my box
up for sound and failed. Then I installed a kernal that came with 3.0
that is suppose to support everything.. thinking I'd at least be able to
see If I could get sound. Didn't work... I couldn't get it to boot, and =
I'm
not that familiar with kernal config's to know how to debug. I ran =
linux
a handful of times with a handful of dist's... and xcdplayer and such =
apps
seem'd to work... so I know my sound card must be compatible with
*NIX OS's. It's an Aztech soundcard. Can anyone help me out.. maybe
a few words of wisdom for setting up my "generic" kernal for sound? I
would much appreciate it, Thanks.
