I think this is part of the reason why I haven't switched to a "better" 
mailer in the past few years.  It's hard to find that really sweet spot on 
the ease-of-use vs. flexibility-of-configuration.  And by the time I've 
scaled the learning curve of filters and handling multiple addresses, I've 
started finding features in my old program that I miss.

But if anybody starts a new e-mail client project, count me in on the 
usability testing. ;-)
