Here's a new one...every time I order a new USR modem, it comes from a different company -- the first time I ordered a USR, it came from Megahertz. This time, it comes from 3Com. (This is how I keep track of who's buying out who, I just buy USR modems. :-) Anyway, this entry seemed to fit the bill for me.
