Synopsis: Post configuration issue

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: keramida
State-Changed-When: Fri Jan 11 18:24:24 PST 2002
State-Changed-Why:

be done *after* a backup of important data. It is not a safe way of
upgrading a running system.
