Just Do It! :-)

Seriously, there is no policy per-se.  If you make one, and it works,
then you simply send mail to hostmaster@freebsd.org and David will map
you into the sup<n>.freebsd.org space.  There's a "sup server kit" also
on freefall if you've never created a sup server before.
