I think that pccardd needs to be hacked to support this.  You might be
able to do it with multiple config lines:

# Lucent WaveLAN/IEEE
card "Lucent Technologies" "WaveLAN/IEEE"
	config	0x1 "wi0" ?
	config	0x1 "wi1" ?
	insert	/etc/pccard_ether $device
	remove	/sbin/ifconfig $device delete

but I don't know if that will work.
