Uh, what?  eggdrop is not an IRC server, it's a bot.  If you want to 
install an irc server, there's one in /usr/ports/irc/ircd-hybrid.  If 
you're looking for help in configuring either (eggdrop or IRCd), this 
isn't the place to ask, as they really have nothing to do with FreeBSD.
