Since a few weeks,  I have a problem which
sounds like yours.

Sometimes I have to do a 'killall dhclient' and
do an new dhclient xl1 to get my server work again.
I also run 4.3-stable.

And I don't think its a ISP problem in my case.

Do you run ipfw also?
