 Please visit http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/handbook37.html and take a
 look at the instruction on compiling a new kernel. Specifically you want
 to dramatically raise the number for "maxusers." This should eliminate
 your problem entirely. Please respond to the freebsd-gnats-submit
 address when you've had a chance to give that a try and tell us how it
 went. :)
