>Description:
Upon starting Netbeans the following output is generated:

java.net.BindException: Can't assign requested address
        at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketBind(Native Method)
        at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.bind(PlainSocketImpl.java:359)
        at java.net.ServerSocket.bind(ServerSocket.java:319)
        at java.net.ServerSocket.<init>(ServerSocket.java:185)
        at org.netbeans.CLIHandler$Server.<init>(CLIHandler.java:964)
        at org.netbeans.CLIHandler.initialize(CLIHandler.java:523)
        at org.netbeans.CLIHandler.initialize(CLIHandler.java:346)
        at org.netbeans.MainImpl.execute(MainImpl.java:180)
        at org.netbeans.MainImpl.main(MainImpl.java:75)
        at org.netbeans.Main.main(Main.java:75)

Once fully loaded Netbeans fails to make any connections to the internet.

Could this be related to PR 121420? which I can confirm on this machine.
The output from that PR indicates a failure to establish a network connection ie:

Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Invalid argument

So far it only appears to be an issue on amd64.

>How-To-Repeat:
Install java/jdk16, java/netbeans. Start netbeans. Further the browser-plugin for firefox is likewise broken (test any applet).
