As I've posted to this list at least once in the last couple of weeks, we 
(FreeBSD Labs) certified this board for 4.1 a little while back.  It 
should serve you well.

Note that 4GB is going to cost you about US$6k to put into that board 
(1GB DIMMs being what they are).  You might want to consider the Tyan 
S2500, which has 8 DIMM sockets.  Whilst the board is larger and more 
expensive, it's somewhat offset by the ~$1200 saving in memory cost.
