This potential DOS is currently being discussed
on the freebsd-security list.  I'm counting about
15 posts in my inbox on that one since someone
posted a link (U.K. site) a few hours ago.

I don't know if it gets archived immediately, but
it's possible that if you're not subscribed to that
list you can track is at www.freebsd.org/mail
