If it's a project, it should be officially a project (even though it may never reach completion or a state of usability). Vague project statements with no concrete information are a definite turn off (IMHO). However, it certainly wouldn't be good to force everyone to be using a cvs tree... :) A little encouragement couldn't hurt, though... :) -- Outnumbered? Maybe. Outspoken? Never! tIM...HOEk
