2.1.7 originally, just the content has moved on.   But to close on
the original subject, the source for the bin & sbin Did get installed.
It was the binary distribution that never made it. 

I did a make world the other day, took about 11 hours.  Can I
safely say that the security risk that was in 2.1.6 is now 
history with the make world of 2.1.7 ?
