The manpage for login.access (as well as the comments in the file) indicate that -:ALL EXCEPT wheel:console should disallow console logins to all but a few accounts (those in wheel). However, when I try this anyone can login to the console. If I substitute "ttyv0" for "console" it works. Am I missing something obvious (maybe the definition of console)?
