This won't do you any good. The fonts are not being found on your
local machine, the one running Exceed.

Switching between versions of Netscape can have odd effects on your
.netscape files. I run 3.01 on my FreeBSD machine and 4.<mumble> on my
SGI. My bookmarks file has been cleared more than once after
switching between them.

I do not understand what you are saying here. When you say 'locally'
are you now talking about sitting at the 2.2.7 machine?
