Yes, I too tried installing the apache-fp port and found this file
discrepancy.  After renaming the files, I get the same fp explorer errors
I am getting with my custom fp/ssl/php build.  I guess I will drop back to
1.3.19 and build apache with fp as a DSO.  I know this works!

Thanks for the suggestion, I have been in contact with Scot before.  He
was at one time maintaining a fp/ssl/php port on his own.  If my memory
serves me, he wasn't getting much support for his efforts.  He may be
dropping back to punt :/
