First of all, there's no such thing as FreeBSD 95.  The current release
version of FreeBSD is 3.2, so you probably have a version like 3.2, 3.1,
2.2.8, etc.

Have you installed them?  If so, did you use packages or the ports
collection?  If you haven't installed anything (either with a 'pkg_add xxx'
or a 'cd /usr/ports/xxx;make install') then look at
http://www.freebsd.org/ports/index.html among other things.  If you have
tried installing things, please give us detailed error messages, either
from the make process or from running the application.
