     Yes, it does belong in the installation instructions.  A couple of
weeks ago, I volunteered to munge the handbook SGML to add stuff like
this, but no one's given me permission, and so I haven't.  I'm willing
to do the work, but I'm not going to do it unless someone says, "go".
