The MAINTAINER was notified of this problem and provided with this
three-line patch more than four weeks ago, but has taken no action
other than to acknowledge that the problem existed.

As far as I can tell, the Alpha doesn't have this problem because the
Alpha linuxulator depends on the osf1 module which provides its own
implementation of the SysV IPC primitives.
