Hi! Most (all?) OpenGL apps in ports rely on Mesa to be installed. Though XFree4 is installed, Mesa install yet another OpenGL-library on top of the one installed by XFree4. Someone told me to insert "XFREE86_VERSION=4" into /etc/make.conf and recompile and reinstall XFree4 and Mesa. This fixed the problem with the dual OpenGL-libraries, but the tradeoff was that it broke quite a lot of the OpenGL-apps in ports. Eg. gltron refuses to compile now. Is there a way to make those Mesa-dependant apps work with the XFree4-implementation of OpenGL?
