It's part of the glib port, /usr/ports/devel/glib12.

	% ldconfig -r | grep libgmod
		139:-lgmodule12.3 => /usr/local/lib/libgmodule12.so.3
		142:-lgmodule12.2 => /usr/local/lib/libgmodule12.so.2
	% cd /usr/var/db/pkg
	% grep libgmod */+CONT*
	glib-1.2.7/+CONTENTS:lib/libgmodule12.a
	glib-1.2.7/+CONTENTS:lib/libgmodule12.so
	glib-1.2.7/+CONTENTS:lib/libgmodule12.so.3
	%
