System: FreeBSD 9.0-CURRENT amd64

>Description:

I had spotted JavaScript problem:
  http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/7673

And I had found that pkg-descr was taken from trac-datefield and was
not modified to suit this port.

>How-To-Repeat:

IE bug: spawn IE and watch for the JavaScript errors in console.
pkg-descr bug: examine the file in the port's directory.

>Fix:

Two patches:
  http://codelabs.ru/fbsd/ports/trac-keywords/0.2-fix-javascript.diff
  http://codelabs.ru/fbsd/ports/trac-keywords/0.2-fix-pkg-descr.diff

The new port was tested both on our Trac 0.12 instance and my Tinderbox
for 7.x, 8.x and 9.x. No problems were found.
