I have not had time to look at the changes in the API.  Some
structures and/or structure members have been removed from the
new snmp_api.h.

I'll look at it when I get time.

It leaves a perl.core.  I suspect it's trying to use something
from a structure that isn't in the new api.  I plan to put 4.0.1
on one of my test machines and see what happens with some of my
code that uses libsnmp.so.3.  If that has similar problems I
guess a bump would be in order.
