With any luck, this may fix the libpciaccess snafu which Robert and I 
traced back and appears to be critically hosing my USB controllers on 
7-STABLE amd64 -- however -- the PCIOCGETBAR ioctl would need to be MFC'd.

I am very happy to test a backport, as I'm getting fed up of having a 
PS/2 mouse lead dangling over the front of my desk.......
