Did you actually try to build milter-greylist on 6.2 before updating
the resolver to BIND9's one or 5.x?  Without this option, the
configure successes only when there is res_ninit() which our old
resolver doesn't have.
BTW: the code was written by me for FreeBSD pre 6.2. :)
