Well, i know. I just read to quickly and switched from multi user mode
to single user, WITHOUT rebooting. My fault.

Hmm, well, so what to do here? I switched of any module in loader.conf.

Yes, in single user mode, no problem. 
I did a second run there. Buildworld, buildkernel, installkernel,
mergemaster, installworld... Same result. Same errors.

Yes, it worked that time. 
The problem is, if i try to run /usr/sbin/mergemaster after the
installworld, i get an error: cant cd to /usr/src/etc
