Even with routed set to NO in the sysconfig routes still appear to be
learned. ARP entries are getting set and going away for no apparant
reason and local PPP dialups sometimes can and can't access the this
machine (the www server). Using a 'route monitor -v' does show something
that might be related, but I don't know enough to interpet this. Help!

The machine is basically getting a whole mess of these. Possibly for each
host connecting to the server?
