Dear sirs,

I have a problem with PCI modem. I can connect to host machine from terminal
and work well at it, but connection with UUCP always fails.

Host has FreeBSD 4.3
Modem is 3COM PCI FaxModem OEM product #2977
As "getty" program an "mgetty" is used at host machine.
UUCP: UUCP 1.06.1 by Taylor at host and UUCP ported to DOS

This is fragment of devices
