Hi,

I am a future user (beginner) of FreeBSD, and I have already read all =
about the installation instructions. But I miss some information. =
However, I have a PC with already installed Windows 2000 on it. Also, =
there are 2 partitions on it. So, my questions are:

1. What should I know about the installation of FreeBSD, concerning the =
partitions? Or, more precisely, is the second existing partition all I =
need to start off with the installation?=20

2. I will install FreeBSD from a CD. Do I need to make 2 floppy =
diskettes (prior the installation) with the images of floppies\kern.flp =
and floppies\mfsroot.flp, or the installation CD is all I need?

The partition size is 10 GB, so I think, there will be no problems with =
regard to the hard disk memory space. Also, I have 128 MB RAM.=20

Best regards,
Marjan
