Thanks, this was exactly my miss. With net80211 from -HEAD it built.

I first tried IWL (https://github.com/KreizIT/freebsd-iwl) with FreeBSD 
9.2-RELEASE.

When I try to load the module with kldload if_iwl the kernel panics:
