Apps for tcp IPv6 are still not all finished, but I decided to
send patches for apps I have already confirmed to work, before
review time disappear.
(And sorry for last very short review time patches, and thanks
for Asmodai for giving me a comment in such a short time.)

Patches are placed below.

http://paradise.kame.net/v6proxy/diana2/shin/work/freebsd/tcp-apps.20000114
http://www.FreeBSD.org/~shin/tcp-apps.20000114

They includes,
  -inetd
  -libutil
  -rlogin
  -rlogind
  -rshd
  -telnetd

As far as I checked, those apps seems to be working over both
IPv4 and IPv6.

Ftp is still under testing.

By the way, feature freeze 15th means
  -can put some feature until 14th midnight?
or
  -can put some feature until 15th midnight?

And I did it again,
I added a new function realhostname2() which is protocol
independent version of realhostname(), in libutil.

If someone think these naming style should be changed, I think
it is best timing now. Please give me some proposal.
e.g.
   bindresvport_sa()
   realhostname_sa()

Thanks,
Yoshinobu Inoue
