AFAIK, noone. I have some cardbus-specific initialization calls added in
the driver, but I don't have hardware to test it.
I have plans for some work on snd_emu10kx after NY, I'll try to look
into this problem too.

Can you try to conect your amplifier / headphones to rear channel or
receiver  to digital output (if card have them)?
