Anyone know why this wouldn't work: smartctl -a /dev/ad0 I get: Smartctl: Device Read Identity Failed (not an ATA/ATAPI device) It works fine on my 3ware raid drives: smartctl -a -d 3ware,0 /dev/twed0 Thanks!
