According to the article, the ISP agreed to this.  I'd call it a case of
criminal stupidity.  They HAD to realize it could get out of hand, it was
just plain irresponsible not to consider the effect on their other
customers. If I were a customer, I'd also be looking for a new provider.

Having said my piece, *why* was this posted here?  Was FBSD involved in
some way? Or just a "hey, look at *this* idiot" message?
