I'm sure I was able to watch the following Youtube video without trick
on 18 march 2013 :

Without dom.ipc.plugins.enabled=false, Youtube says that flash is not
installed.

(9.1-STABLE/amd64, firefox-17.0.4,1 (firefox-esr),
linux-f10-flashplugin-11.2r202.275)
