Do you have a source for this change?  The ISO sites I've checked
don't support it.  For example:

http://www.iso.org/iso/iso-3166-1_decoding_table

And no obvious recent name change item on the "What's new?" page:

http://www.iso.org/iso/country_codes/check_what_s_new.htm
