This isn't where you report them.

Do "make maintainer" in each of those directories, and it'll tell you
who's responsible for updating them. If the answer is
"ports@freebsd.org", then no one is. In that case, you can update them
yourself, and submit a PR updating them tagged as "maintainer-update".
