Howdy, I'm looking at creating a port that only builds and installs the library files for the database/firebird port so that mod_php4 for example doesn't have to build the firebird database engine. I've come across the reference of master/slave ports, but all the examples I've seen in the ports tree are different. What are the bare essentials that I need to know to be able to get a firebird-library port to only build/install the library files?
