We aim to please.  The problem I had was that I was reading the file, and
as I worked my way down, I kept running into things that were out of date,
and fixing them.  Some of these changes should be selectively MFC'd to
-STABLE.  (for example, kern.maxusers is now a loader tunable in -STABLE,
but wasn't previously).
