0.9.6g was released after 4.6.2-RELEASE was done AFIK.

From the 4.6.2-RELEASE notes:

http://www.freebsd.org/releases/4.6.2R/relnotes-i386.html

[4.6.2] OpenSSL has been updated to 0.9.6e.

4-STABLE (ie 4.7-PRERELEASE) has 0.9.6g now.
