This may be due to my own inexperiance with the alpha platform but I am
getting "cant find file'/boot/boot.conf' " when attempting to install
the 1105 snapshot from the kern.flp image and mfsroot.gz file copied
onto the floppy.

/boot/conf is present on the disk, however isn't found. This means there is
no chance to switch disks to load the mfsroot.

Does anybody know what I might be doing wrong.
