I recently picked a 5 port hub (10/100)  and two PCI ethernet cards 10/100 from
Kingston Technologies for $139 (offer published in Linux Magzine).

The hub and cards for on 4.0 BSD Stable.  They are recognized as Realtek
ethernet interfaces.

The USA supplier is Memosun.  Their customer service is friendly.   For
me Kingston Tech went a step further.  They shipped me a second power adaptor
for the UK.
