Synopsis: [php]: php4 package update missing apache module

Responsible-Changed-From-To: freebsd-ports-bugs->ale
Responsible-Changed-By: gabor
Responsible-Changed-When: Wed Dec 6 09:54:12 UTC 2006
Responsible-Changed-Why:
The reason for this issue is, that lang/php4 has the option APACHE
disabled by default and package building is done with default options.
By making this option enabled the port would depend on apache.
Assign to maintainer for further decision on this.
