I've installed ddclient and configured it, but can't seem to figure  
out how to make sure it runs should the computer be rebooted.
According to everything about ddclient it should be in /etc/ppp/if-up.d/
But this server will have a static IP on the network. The public ip,  
however, will be dynamic.
