Does anybody know of a solid version of popper for FreeBSD? I tried the Qualcomm version (2.2), which 1) does not use the .lock locking convention and 2) does not preserve the date/time of the original mailbox if there are not any modifications. This creates havoc for users who use both pop and shell. I also tried the imap-uw version but it doesn't work correctly with /var/mail type formats (it insists on looking for INBOX vs. /var/mail/user). I didn't investigate much further. I guess we'll have to start doing some hacking if this is the best we can find out there. Thanks, Tim
